Terrain is acquiring Industrial resource properties [IRP’s] which are the land assets that are critical to the uses of the real economy: distribution, transportation, logistics, energy, construction, commodities, equipment, waste and environmental services. These uses need entitled, permitted, paved, and remediated land as much or more than they require actual buildings.
